General Counsel

Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our clients based in Basel, a growing biotech company, we are currently looking for a General Counsel on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and further build the legal and compliance function within an international and innovation-driven biotech environment.
• Act as strategic legal advisor to senior management and support key business initiatives, including R&D collaborations, commercial partnerships and international expansion projects.
• Oversee a broad range of legal, governance and compliance matters, ensuring pragmatic and business-oriented risk management across the organization.
• Support and supervise external counsel as well as internal stakeholders on corporate, regulatory, contractual and operational legal topics;
