Job Description

• Set up and service meeting rooms with refreshments, working lunches, and hospitality requirements.
• Support catering for meetings, conferences, client events, and internal functions.
• Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to company standards.
• Operate retail catering outlets, coffee bars, or grab-and-go services.
• Process customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Replenish food, beverage, and retail displays, ensuring products are well presented and fully stocked.
• Receive, check, and store deliveries, rotating stock as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, hospitality areas, retail spaces, and equipment.
• Clear and reset meeting rooms and service areas promptly.
• Follow all food safety, allergen, health and safety, and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
