What will I be doing

As Group Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Executive you will maximise revenue opportunities by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Receive and convert incoming group conference event and long‑stay enquiries to achieve targets and maximise revenue
• Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions through up‑selling and cross‑selling
• Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
• Proactively manage existing accounts and develop new accounts with GC&E potential
• Conduct market research, sales calls, telesales and online lead generation activities
• Manage online lead generation and sales platforms
• Build strong relationships with guests and customers to fully understand their needs
