China represents a strategic and self-contained finance operations environment within the broader Global Business
Services (GBS) organization. Unlike other regional GBS structures operating within a hub-and-spoke model, the
China finance scope will remain fully managed and operated locally due to the complexity of the regional business
environment, regulatory requirements, language landscape, and operational needs.
The GBS Regional Lead – China will hold full leadership responsibility for the end-to-end finance operations
organization across Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) within China.
