About the Role
As an Executive Sous Chef you will assist the resort Culinary Director to lead, manage and organize all culinary operations to the highest standards in accordance with SOPs. You will ensure proper hygiene and sanitation, maintain adequate stocks, coordinate inter‑departmental activities and train staff. You will also enforce the service standard procedures by directing, supervising and motivating staff to deliver excellent service and drive operational excellence across the culinary business.
About You
- Diploma in Catering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a 5‑star international chain.
- At least 2 years in an Executive Sous Chef or equivalent position.
- Proven ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and operate efficiently in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
- Experience leading a wide range of culinary venues, from fast‑casual to Michelin‑starred.
