Fundraising and Partnership Manager

Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday Working location: Buangkok Fundraising and Partnership Manager Fundraising Strategy & Optimisation . Lead the review, refinement and execution of existing fundraising strategy to strengthen sustainability and diversify income streams. . Develop a balanced fundraising portfolio (corporates, foundations, individuals, community partnerships). . Set clear KPIs and performance targets aligned with organisational funding needs and programme priorities. Partnership Development & Management . Lead the development of strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations and institutions, moving beyond one-off donations. . Develop partnership proposals and customised engagement opportunities. . Manage Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements. Donor Engagement, Stewardship & Experience . Own and strengthen the donor stewardship framework, ensuring timely, consistent and meaningful engagement. . Drive impact-based donor communications (...
