You will join a lean fund accounting team, working across preparation and review of fund deliverables while serving as the primary client contact for your portfolio. The reporting line is direct to the Managing Director — no layers, no gatekeepers, no waiting for someone three levels up to sign off on a decision you could have made yourself.
