Fund Accounting Manager

About the Role

As the Assistant Vice President – Fund Services (Private Equity) , you will oversee the preparation and review of fund accounting deliverables, manage client relationships, supervise team members, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. You will also work closely with investors, auditors, investment managers, and internal stakeholders while supporting operational excellence and continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of fund Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
• Review financial statements and monthly/quarterly reporting packages.
• Review carried interest, incentive fee, and performance fee calculations.
• Review capital calls, distributions, equalizations, and investor allocations.
