About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer oriented Receptionist to work in a brand-new modern office and be part of an amazing and collaborative team in the heart of Chatswood CBD. 

Ideally, you will have a positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent communication skills in order to be considered for this role.



Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Arranging external and internal events
  • Managing the overall meeting rooms
  • Managing / Servicing guests check in and outs
  • Ensuring that the front of office and recreation area are tidy and well organised
  • Providing assistance in the office all around duties and other administrative tasks
  • Answering telephone, email queries and directing to appropriate departments
  • Arranging social media events and internal/external activities
  • Developing in house rules for all of the employees
