Full Stack Engineer & Tech Mentor - Lisbon (Hybrid)

OSQuay – an iLink Digital Company is seeking a Full Stack Engineer & Technical Mentor for an international project in the insurance sector based in Lisbon. This role involves hands-on development as well as providing technical training and mentoring to junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of software development experience, mastery of React.js and Next.js, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. The position offers a hybrid work model.
