About the Role

As a **Fulfillment Associate,** you will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and shipments are handled accurately. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local office in St. Cloud, MN.

• Process and manage customer orders.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics.
• Communicate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and updates.
• Maintain operational documents and records.
• Assist in preparing volume and demand planning analyses.
• Address customer inquiries with enhanced responsiveness.
• Identify and report operational inefficiencies.
• Support the team with administrative tasks.
