Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Front Office - Host / Guest Service is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Desk / Concierge / Guest Service Center within the Front Office / Rooms Division. Must be able to speak mandarin.
Qualifications
Ideally holds a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in hotel operations. Excellent communication skills in English / Chinese, along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills, are essential.
