Your day to day
Financial Returns:
compile occupancy statistics, monitor monthly upselling and IHGR enrolment targets, cash handling and banking procedures, handle irregular payments, supervise the cashiering system and prepare reports, follow up on outstanding payments from TA/CORP, instruct staff in credit policies and facilities, instruct staff in cash security procedures.
People:
conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known, conduct training related to Front Office matters, maintain comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures including correct forms, reading telex, e-mail, messages, and interpreting availability sources within reservation systems.
Guest Experience:
maintain information about local events, supervise group bookings, conduct and monitor aircrew allotment/block ensuring smooth in and out experience, assist with complaints and address them to a superior if necessary.
