Register hotel guests.Check in & check out hotel guests.Answer emails in a professional manner.Direct telephone calls and take messages as necessary.Collect payment & post charges correctly and accurately.Make and revise room reservations.Answer emails in a professional manner and understand the handoff procedure.Deliver superior customer service to guests.Communicate well with co-workers and management in a positive constructive manner.Using Microsoft 365 in a professional concise manner. Secondary Duties
Survey the property and secure unlocked or open areas during shift.Clean lobby, front and back-office areas.Report all incidents to Powerhouse and record the issue and how it was resolved.Fill out a nightly Passdown report and email to appropriate supervisors.
