About the Role

Essential Duties


  • Register hotel guests.

  • Check in & check out hotel guests.

  • Answer emails in a professional manner.

  • Direct telephone calls and take messages as necessary.

  • Collect payment & post charges correctly and accurately.

  • Make and revise room reservations.

  • Answer emails in a professional manner and understand the handoff procedure.

  • Deliver superior customer service to guests.

  • Communicate well with co-workers and management in a positive constructive manner.

  • Using Microsoft 365 in a professional concise manner.
  • Secondary Duties

  • Survey the property and secure unlocked or open areas during shift.

  • Clean lobby, front and back-office areas.

  • Report all incidents to Powerhouse and record the issue and how it was resolved.

  • Fill out a nightly Passdown report and email to appropriate supervisors.
