Location: Folkestone - Kent

Salary: up to £43,000 per annum plus great benefits

We are recruiting for two positions in a busy, safety‑critical Control Centre environment.

These roles require monitoring real‑time activities, coordinating responses, managing information, and communicating with stakeholders to support service delivery and safety.

Shift Requirements: Candidates must be willing and able to work a 24‑hour, 7‑day shift roster.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (B2 level or higher)
• Previous experience in transport, railway, or control centre is beneficial but not required
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example
• Good IT skills
• Valid driver’s licence and passport essential
