French Speaking Airport/Hotel Representative

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Preparing welcome envelopes for clients
• Meeting clients at the airport
• Holding information meetings for clients in hotels
• Sell excursions and car hire to clients
• Look after the interests of clients during their stay in Malta
• Handle flights represented by the company or any of its branches, offices or departments of another subsidiary when required
• Performing any other duties that may be allocated from time to time by your superiors

Qualifications

The prospective candidate is expected to be computer literate and be able to correspond fluently in French and English; fluency in any other language would be considered an asset.

Valid driver's licence required.
