PURPOSE OF THE JOBAs a logistic intern within Samsung SDS Global SCL Spain, we want you to learn from all our departments and assume responsibility in your daily work.KEY ACTIVITIESBeing a freight forwarding intern in Samsung SDS we expect you learn and develop the following activities:Manage import, exports, customs, etc from all our customers.Contact LSP to solve our daily incidences and attend customer´s request for information for their orders.Prepare quotation for transports all overEU.Support the Business Development team with customer portfolio.Prepare invoice documents.Solving occurring (planning related) problems.Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.Provide input regarding the planning system and perform test work.The (telephone) contact with suppliers, transporters and internal stakeholders regarding orders.Placing transport orders and processing them.Monitoring planned transports and responding immediately to any deviations.Additional administrative work PRO...
