  Job Summary 
 The Manager, Operational Risk role is accountable for overseeing key risk services including but not limited to transaction monitoring, fraud/chargeback management, and conducting ongoing periodic review of high risk customers. This job also includes execution of the ongoing periodic controls testing of key processes related to risk management.
  Job Duties and Responsibilities  
 Responsible for the development of risk related processes and procedures associated with payments and/or banking product risk functions including fraud management. Drives process improvement initiatives on an on-going basis for various areas of the Company.
 Responsible for monitoring merchant accounts to include develop and/or review of weekly/monthly risk reports and define appropriate actions to ensure alignment with the Company's risk appetite and adherence to all applicable regulations/rules.
