Franchise Accountant

• Manage the financial reporting of multiple franchise units
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with franchise agreements
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability of each franchise
• Coordinate audits and ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor franchisee payments, royalties, and billing
• Implement accounting controls and improve processes where necessary
• Work closely with the operations and finance teams
• Provide financial guidance and support to franchise owners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit business environment
