About the Role
An established South African group with national and cross-border entities and a diverse portfolio of businesses is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead its strategic finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning across the group.
Deliver insightful financial analysis, including variance, trend, profitability, and ratio analysis to support executive decision-making.
Oversee group cash flow management, liquidity planning, and financial sustainability initiatives.
Prepare and present monthly management reports and executive financial packs.
Partner with General Managers and key business stakeholders to improve financial performance and commercial outcomes.
