Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Develop and oversee financial strategies, business insights, and performance analysis to support business growth and decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance, to drive profitability and improve business performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and financial efficiency through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
