Founding Hardware Lead — Robotics & Autonomous Systems

C&D Talent Advisory is seeking a Hardware Lead to build and own the hardware function from the ground up in Zürich, Switzerland. You will define hardware strategy, lead the development of robotic platforms, and partner with founders on product direction while hands-on in the first year.

You’ll architect the hardware stack across mechanical, electrical, and software domains, manage manufacturing and supply chain, and scale the team as the startup grows, delivering reliable autonomous systems.
