Helium is building AI tools for eCommerce brands to improve their storefront, merchandising, search, personalization, and growth workflows.

We’re looking for someone sharp, curious, and AI-native to work directly with the founders across product, growth, research, customer work, and internal systems.

What you’ll do

• Turn messy founder ideas into clear plans, specs, docs, and execution.
• Research markets, competitors, brands, AI tools, and eCommerce trends.
• Work on GTM: prospect research, outbound workflows, sales decks, demos, and case studies.
• Help shape product workflows by studying customer problems and store data.
• Build internal systems using Claude AI, no-code, spreadsheets, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, etc.
• Track projects, follow up across teams, and make sure important work moves.
