About the Role
Qualified and experienced Foundation Phase Teachers are required to teach Grades 1, 2, and 3. The successful candidates must demonstrate strong early literacy and numeracy instruction, excellent classroom management, and a passion for guiding young learners through critical developmental years.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Education (Foundation Phase) or equivalent, with current SACE registration.
2–5 years proven classroom experience teaching Foundation Phase learners (Grades R–3).
Demonstrated CAPS curriculum experience.
Experience applying pedagogy aligned to curiosity-driven, enquiry-based learning.
Proven ability to maintain classroom discipline, implement structured routines, and provide effective learner support strategies.
Experience using structured literacy programmes, read-aloud methodologies, and story-based learning approaches.
Computer literacy with confidence integrating technology into teaching and learning.
