The role:

The Deployment Engineer leads the deployment of our Conversational Engagement Platform (CEP) across health system clients. This role is responsible for translating defined requirements into fully configured production-ready environments.

They configure system behavior, workflows, AI prompt frameworks, integrations, and client-specific environments—ensuring CEP operates reliably, integrates seamlessly (e.g., with Epic), and aligns to real-world operational workflows.
