About the Role
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a **Forklift Operator** to work at a premier agricultural industry leader in **Plymouth, IN** .
**Pay Rate: 1st shift: $19.00/hr | 2nd shift: $20.00/hr**
**Shifts: 1st shift: 6:00a-2:30p | 2nd shift: 2:00p-10:30p**
Candidates must have the flexibility to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed. Shift assignments may vary depending on business needs and training requirements.
**What’s a typical day as a Forklift Operator? You’ll be:**
+ Operating forklifts professionally and safely, ensuring accident-free work
+ Conducting daily forklift inspections and maintaining equipment cleanliness
+ Accurately tracking and managing the location of goods using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
+ Ensuring accurate data entry within the WMSystem
+ Performing additional manual warehouse tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead
