About the Role
- Responsible to manage low skilled and semi-skilled workers to maximize output.
- Responsible for assisting Production Engineer in production activities.
- Responsible for coordination for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Manufacturing knowledge and prior experience on HVAC Duct, Dampers, Sound attenuators, Louvres required.
- Responsible to coordinate QC checks.
- Responsible to ensure workers are working safely.
- Responsible to coordinate with driver for deliveries.
- Responsible for maintaining shift schedules and daily attendance reports.
- Supervise workers to meet production targets and train new hires.
- Do necessary checks to see machinery functions properly.
- Report daily activities to Production Engineer.
