Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of drivers and transportation staff.

• Schedule and coordinate daily school pick-ups and drop-offs.

• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and behavior.

• Ensure all vehicles are maintained and inspected regularly.

• Handle emergency situations or delays with quick and effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, maintenance, and complaints.

• Enforce safety regulations and ensure full compliance with RTA and school transport guidelines.
