Foreclosure Secretary

MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Foreclosure Secretary in the Financial Recoveries Department of our Pretoria Branch

Requirements/Experience: 

• At least 3+ years experience in a similar environment - managing and attending to Foreclosure portfolios 


• Drafting of legal documents; summons, affidavits, notices


• Attend to legal queries from debtors 


• Coordinate with clients, debtors and sheriff offices


• Experience using AJS Accounting system is advantageous 


• Postage of legal fees and disbursements


• Able to work in a high volume, deadline driven environment 


• Ability to work effectively in order to ensure a quick turnaround time 


• Strong communication skills
