The **National Account Manager (NAM)** is responsible for leading the Ford Pro relationship with large commercial customers. The NAM is expected to be the subject matter experts on Ford Pro vehicles and coordinate with Ford Pro Charging/Ford Pro Intelligence/Ford Pro Service subject matter experts to deliver true end-to-end solutions to Ford Pro commercial customers.
