About the Role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



• Oversee daily cafeteria operations and ensure smooth service.

• Manage food availability, display, and replenishment.

• Coordinate food requirements with the production kitchen.

• Monitor customer service, resolve concerns, and improve satisfaction.

• Track sales, cashier transactions, and daily reports.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

• Monitor inventory, apply FIFO/FEFO, and reduce food waste.

• Prepare staff schedules, train employees, and evaluate performance.

• Maintain operational reports and support internal/client audits.



QUALIFICATIONS:



• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, Food Service Management, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, or food service operations.

• Experience in retail food operations is an advantage....
