About the Role
**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking a **Food Service Manager 2** to join our food service team at Frederick Living, an upscale continuing care retirement community located in **Zieglerville, Pennsylvania,** close to Pottstown. This Food Service Manager will oversee the dining room operations for approximately 140 healthcare residents (skilled/PC, Memory Care). Will oversee primarily front of house operations but will assist with kitchen operations as needed. The Food Service Manager will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of approximately 30 hourly employees. Strong customer service, hospitality skills are needed. Typical shift will be 10:30am - 7:00pm, may vary with alternating weekends and holidays.
