Business Performance

  • Analyze monthly F&B Profit & Loss statements and month-end reports, identifying variances against budget and business plan objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department in preparing and managing the F&B budget, financial forecasts, and operational expenditure.
  • Participate in management meetings to review departmental performance, achieve business objectives, and contribute to the annual F&B business plan.
  • Analyze guest feedback, loyalty program reports, customer satisfaction surveys, and operational performance metrics. Develop and implement action plans to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all F&B outlets maximize revenue and profitability while controlling costs and maintaining budgetary targets.
