This role is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary and service experiences, managing multiple outlets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events
  • Ensure exceptional service standards and memorable guest dining experiences
