Food & Beverage Hostess

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Hostess to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences manage reservations and seating and support front‑of‐house operations in a fast‑paced restaurant or event environment. This role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and a warm professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly professional demeanour and manage the flow of arrivals and departures.
• Handle reservations, waitlists and table allocations using the venue's booking system.
• Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and accurate seating.
• Provide information about menus, specials, dietary options and allergen information; escalating queries to senior staff when necessary.
