Overview

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high service standards, supervising staff, and delivering excellent guest experience.

  • Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations
  • Lead and support service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Ensure food and beverage are served according to company standards
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly
  • Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
