Overview
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high service standards, supervising staff, and delivering excellent guest experience.
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations
- Lead and support service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Ensure food and beverage are served according to company standards
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly
- Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Promote upselling and support achievement of revenue targets
