Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements and preferences
  • Assist in planning and organizing food and beverage events considering budget constraints
  • Coordinate with various departments across the Hotel to ensure seamless execution of the events
  • Manage and supervise event staff ensuring proper training and performance
  • Oversee catering logistics including menu selection, food presentation and service quality
  • Monitor and control event budgets, expenses and revenue goals
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events
  • Address and resolve issues or concerns that may arise during events
