About the Role

BRED is looking for a Front of House Manager/Hospitality Lead to help oversee daily front of house operations at our fast-growing restaurant and bar concept. BRED is known for smoked gourmet burgers, elevated comfort food, creative cocktails, and culture-driven hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who can lead a shift, connect with guests, keep standards high, and help build a strong team culture.


Position Type

  • Full-Time Preferred

  • Open to Part-Time for the right candidate

  • AM PM availability required

  • Weekend availability is a must

  • Lead and manage FOH shifts

  • Oversee bartenders, hosts, servers, and support staff

  • Maintain strong guest experience and resolve customer issues professionally

  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are maintained
