About the Role

Sales Growth: Own and achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory. Network Expansion: Identify and appoint new distributors and super-stockists; maximize retail coverage (Kirana stores and supermarkets). Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track the daily performance and beat plans of Sales Officers and Executives. Merchandising: Ensure excellent product visibility, shelf space, and execution of trade schemes at retail points.
