Job Description

We are looking for a strong leader who will manage the integrated facility service team and maintain close, trusted relationships with key school stakeholders.

Reporting into the Key Account Director, the role is accountable for operational performance, staff welfare, compliance, financial control and continuous improvement across the contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and effective management of integrated facilities operations, including planned and reactive maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and assets
  • Lead the delivery of cleaning and other soft FM services in line with agreed standards and SLAs
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with school stakeholders, becoming a trusted service partner to the customer
