Flour Innovation R&D & Technical Services Specialist

San Miguel Foods is seeking an R&D Specialist/Technical Services Specialist to develop flour and flour-based products through research and ingredient tests. The role includes assessing new ingredients, formulating products, and conducting shelf life studies.

The ideal candidate should preferably have a culinary background. This position entails assisting in packaging development and conducting audits and customer presentations.
