Floor manager

We are hiring an experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wholesale showroom and ensure smooth coordination between sales, inventory, billing, and customer handling.

Experience Required: 10–15 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage wholesale sales executives

Ensure smooth Selection to Billing coordination process

Maintain 100% inventory accuracy with zero discrepancies

Drive sales performance and achieve business targets

Handle customer complaint escalations with quick resolution

Implement loss prevention & security protocols

Conduct product and USP training for sales teams

Monitor daily MIS reporting from order to delivery
