Floater Driver cum Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a Driver cum Transport Coordinator to oversee daily vehicle movements, vehicle scheduling, and transport operations. This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, monitoring and tracking vehicles in transit, and providing standby support in the event of vehicle breakdowns. Candidates must possess a valid BDVL licence and be able to drive 11- or 13-seater passenger buses. Working Arrangements Work Week: 5 days
Monday to Friday: 6am-10am / 1.30pm - 7pm
Saturday: May be required
Overtime: May be required based on operational needs
Location: Island Wide Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Control Oversee daily and operations to ensure efficiency and service reliability
Conduct daily 2 trips with standby on-site support for any vehicle breakdowns, driver absences, or other operational issues.
Monitor performance to ensure on-time departures.
