About the Role

International law firm are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join their team and work across multiple departments. This is a junior role in which full training will be provided – suitable candidates will need to have some experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator within a law firm.


  • This is a full-time, permanent role.

  • Onsite role in Dublin 4.

    • Daily duties for this person will include:

  • Preparation and formatting of legal documents from digital dictation – including correspondence, briefs and memos.

  • Preparation and issuing of bills to clients.

  • Diary management, travel booking and expenses logging.

  • File management, to include scanning, photocopying and archiving.

  • Arranging meetings with clients, Counsel and experts.

    • Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Strong experience with digital dictation and a minimum of 60WPM
