Reporting to : HOD – Printing

Experience : 12 to 18 years in Flexo printing

Education : BE Mechanical, CIPET preferred,

Mfg Exp : Wide web flexo printing on PE film

Machines to handle and technical know-how about;

- StackFlexi – 6 Colour

- Plate Mounting Machines

- Anilox Cleaning Machines

- Plate Washer Machines

- Shade Matching – Ink Kitchen knowledge

Administrative

- Preparing pending order list as per indent.

- Daily production planning.

- Daily manpower management as per production through the supervisor.

- Daily DPR send to accounts department through WhatsApp (50%) and Excel (100%)

- Daily OEE sheet preparation.

- Planning of new job materials trial before starting the production
