£47,055 rising to £48,232 per annum after 6 months successful probation (including basic and allowances)

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your hands‑on skills with leadership in a well‑equipped workshop environment.

As Fleet Workshop Supervisor, you’ll split your time between:

• Working in the workshop: inspections, diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintaining a diverse fleet (HGVs, LGVs, vans and plant) to DVSA standards.
• Managing other aspects such as service paperwork, compliance records, liaising with suppliers, developing staff, and working closely with our Fleet Workshop Administrator.
