Fleet Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Fleet & Equipment Operations Manager to lead the operations of a large UAE-based construction fleet comprising:

• 200+ vehicles and pickups
• Asphalt machinery
• Piling machines
• Bobcats and construction equipment

The role includes fleet allocation, telematics and GPS management, fuel control systems, maintenance planning, driver and operator coordination, regulatory compliance, permits, registrations, fines management, and cost optimization.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years relevant UAE experience
• Strong background in construction fleet and equipment management
• Expertise in GPS, telematics, fuel monitoring, and maintenance systems
• Excellent knowledge of UAE transport regulations and compliance
