This role will oversee the running of the workshop and Fleet management team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure vehicles and trailers are maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications Ensure legal compliance in all matters relating to internal fleet maintenance. Ensure documentation, communication and adoption of best practices and standardised processes within workshop Agree and monitor the performance of external suppliers which carry out maintenance on the company's behalf.
