We are looking for an experienced professional to support the accurate and timely issuance of policies across all lines of business. The role ensures compliance with company policies, SLA standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue policies and endorsements for all lines of business, ensuring mandatory documentation is included and calculations are correct.
• Verify request against underwriter's proposal, flag differences and notify underwriting area.
• Register all information in the system and confirm accurate entry.
• Apply local regulatory and compliance rules and criteria to all issued items.
• Collaborate with related areas to obtain required information or approvals.
• Maintain quality standards and meet SLA targets within agreed timeframes.
