The Fleet Coordinator organizes and supports all aspects of crew travel, scheduling, and documentation for vessel operations. This role maintains accurate crew records, coordinates onboarding and training, and ensures compliance with maritime regulations and company policies. The position requires strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate crew travel, including booking transportation and accommodations to and from vessels.
+ Maintain up-to-date crew records, including certifications, licenses, training requirements, and compliance documentation.
